Fix slow,lag,spike,skipping second for my website.

Hi, At a fisrt glance, there can be 2 things with your site: 1. you moved to a dedicated server, probably didn't do any security on there, so now the SSH port is enabled by default on the default port, so a lot of robots are trying to hack into your server => slower site ...or you got much bigger traffic 2. you changed PHP + apache version between the move. PHP FPM is much faster then php-cgi or suphp, which you probably have now.
