Fix My Jwplayer and index.php page -- 2

I made a mistake and uploaded a folder to my website that override my [login to view URL] file for my website so i had to delete it. I was able to recover a old [login to view URL] file from phpmotion that can be used. The Jw player already installed . I need someone to re add some code to the [login to view URL] and get the jw player working on the main page again and also fix any font size errors. it should be very simple because, 99 percent of the pages are still there
