Fix a few issues on my site PHP Lava and css loading issues magento 1.9.1 and image resizing

Hi There There a few things I want done but as a starter project I would like the follow done asap Minimize request size The requests for the following URLs don't fit in a single packet. Reducing the size of these requests could reduce latency. data:application/font-woff;base64,d09GRgABAAAAA ... K1ghsBBZS7AUUlghsIBZHbAGK1xYWbAUKwAAAAFX9iB7AAA= Remove the following redirect chain if possible: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Which includes the site resolving to a https page when called the same url in http I am sure this is in the htacces file as I have done some testing turning it on and off in the back end and changing the htacces file something is making it go to the home url. Want to look at setting up and sorting out Serve static content from a cookieless domain Serve the following static resources from a domain that doesn't set cookies: Specify a Vary: Accept-Encoding header The following publicly cacheable, compressible resources should have a "Vary: Accept-Encoding" header: Resize all the images to 168 x 168 fully optimised so small but still good to look at so magento does have to do it and add them with a slightly different name as the small images on the product pages there is about 500 products. Sort out the sprite images I have made the sprites but some of them I can't get to work with my limited knowledge and the way they are called Remove Unnecessary javascript requests for Java that no longer exists Defer parsing of JavaScript and css I have a couple of scripts that are double ups so I need one removes so it doesn't load both pages I want to Reduce the number of DOM elements At the moment I have the page set to not minify or combine java and css so it will be easier to look at I would like this done within a few days So I need a person that knows Magento back to front and has dealt with these issues before I have read about all of them and they are not big jobs to tick off each one.
