Fix email issue in Joomla

I have a website based on Joomla 3.4.5. I have 2 forms on the website which are supposed to send email using SMTP (it is supposed to use gmail smtp server).
I am getting this error from the first form:
Notice
SMTP connect() failed.
Second form is not giving any error or sending email.
I need someone who can fix both the issues quickly. I can give you the website url (on chat) and you can see what is happening there to understand better.
I can only provide the URL of website but will NOT give access to Joomla Administrator backend. I can show it to you over webex and you can tell me whatever changes need to be made.
