Expert TYPO3 Developer Big project

Hi I am looking for an expert Typo3 developer and that has the experience to take my websites from Static websites to a dynamic one. I have 3 websites to be converted to typo3 but we will start with the first website and if your successfull you will be given further work. Please state you expertise, 1) Do you have typo3 experience? Yes/No 2) Do you have expertise in Templavoila and normal typo3 templating? Yes/No 3) How many websites have you done in TYPO3 Only? Give me the links to check them 4) Have you done any extensions in typo3? or modified extentions? 5) How do you rate your typo3 experiece and how many years have you been doing it.
