Hi, I have two questions: 1. Do you require the code to be unencumbered by licensing? If so, I could adapt an existing emulation of the chip to your needs - the chip was used in the Coleco Vision console and thus there are emulators available for it. (There may be existing solutions unencumbered by license in any case) 2. Do you require any particular kind of interface? If I know what the emulator will be used for I can make some intelligent decisions about the interface. 3. Do you require the emulation of the data ports that some versions of the chip had? Depending on the answers above I may reduce my bid. I would like to mention that i have some unofficial qualifications in signal processing, which will aid in ensuring that the chip produces the sound it is meant to. As part of the project I will produce one or two test programs which will produce .WAV files to demonstrate the emulation and show how to use it.
