Edit child theme CSS so text visible before/after wordpress edits

Every time there is a theme or WordPress update my websites menu becomes impossible to read, a light gray font on a lime green background. The menu should be black and stay black. Easy job - $10, 3 hours and a WP login should be all you need :) Please can you log in and make the necessary edits to child theme so the update remains after future WordPress and theme updates. URL and theme details given in the attachment.
