B2B eCommerce store and site on Woo Commerce

Hello Freelancers, Please read all the information and bid accordingly... What I am looking for is a somewhat unique. I would like a B2B online store which requires a username & password on the main screen. In the admin side I need to be able to make my customers (business who user our services) accounts with username and password and folders which contains all there orders and invoices. I also need to be able to make sub-folders for the main folders to store orders invoices. Secondly the online store will be selling our services through 1 single page/form. On that form the customer will be required to fill in some information choose the items they want from multiple drop down menus and checkout. In the product drop down menus next to each item will be the item photo and price. We are in the construction trade and sell products/services by square feet or linear feet so once the customer input the information it will have to generate the price for them right away. A option to upload images to the order will also be required. Once the customer has checked a work order has to be generated with what the customer would like masking details such as prices and customer information. The work order will automatically be emailed to a few people in the company and also stored in that specific customers folder. They will be required to click checkout button they will then be required to pay via credit card or bank transfer option. The B2B store will have to be completely mobile and responsive. The design and layout has to be clean and easy to use. I would prefer the store to be on Woo Commerce... Good Luck!!...
