EBay stock order management software

I’m in need of a simple Ebay stock delivery management software developed? Can you help me with that? Let me explain you the features. buy lot of stock from eBay on a regular basis but it is very difficult to manage the stock, as seller sometimes cancel the order, stock gets lost by courier, seller sending wrong item etc. I need a simple software system which shows 3 features: 1) purchase history 2) Cancel product 3) product not received after estimated delivery time. For example - the Purchase History section , self explanatory but I need to be able to mark the purchases as 'Received' and perhaps have a list of 'Awaiting' products so I know what's still missing. Product not received - I want this to automatically send a message to the seller with a 'not received' message Also, some times I have to send the item back, so I also need a button which says item sent back to seller Please let me know if you can help me with this.
