Drupal 7 theme install, update, SQL DB move

Project scope is to install a new theme and assist with the updates to the theme and website. This will impact the website, SSL, the MSSQL, and the theme. This is to take place over a 5 day period so that I can test needed components to ensure the end users are experiencing the service (search, register, make online payments) as expected. Scope is broken down as the following: Day One 1 - Installation and adjustment of the Theme for the main page. This theme was aquired under license that allows me to adjust it for my own use. This adjustments are primarily images and the changes of some Taxonomy/links and tags. 2 - Site has recently acquired RapidSSL for the sever and the site will need to be validated with this so that end users see the needed certificate as well as the image seal to confirm the sire is secure. Day Two 1 - Blog site located at /site-blog needs to be incorporated with this new theme. Its an existing blog site that is already installed. 2 - Blog site will need to be adjusted slightly with the mail header page ending to change color to match the mains its theme. Some Taxonomy and Tag review/adjustments may also be needed in this time slot. I have changed most of them myself but need the expertise to ensure functionality from the end user perspective. Day Three 1 - MYSQL data fro the existing these will need to be moved/migrated to the new main theme DB. This slot may need the entire block of 2 hours to move it and adjust the DB and related elements in the new theme. Day Four 1 - Further adjustments for the theme and the DB (ensuring taxonomy elements and data are now functional for the new theme from the end user perspective). Also ensuring that registration, shopping cart, and other items are functional or at least identified for the theme support team to address. This is critical for the end user to register and make the needed selections to built their profile. Day Five - 1 - Further adjustments for the new theme and db as warranted. 2 - Final hour is to install an updated Drupal 7 Admin to make content and updates easier from the administrator’s perspective. The theme for this was already aquired from drupal.org. Other things to consider: This project is for an experienced Drupal 7/PHP professional with some experience creating/adjusting themes. Note- this project WILL NOT require you to build a theme but knowledge in this area is needed to assist me in adjusting the themes I have acquired. You also need to have experiences with PHP which Drupal 7 is based as well as very ver, good MySQL knowledge. This last part is also critical for the site. The project budget is broken down hourly. $20.00 USD per hour in 2 hour daily blocks. This is over a 5 day period. The total swag is $200.00 USD. It may be that some task may reveal the need to adjust this amount above the budget. If and when that occurs I will review prior to the implementation and adjust accordingly as I wish to stay on budget. I prefer to get skilled overseas talent vs those from the US/UK based on the budget constraints. But willing to entertain those that bring the skills needed that can do the job IF the budget is over slightly. I will adjust my scheduled working time (Eastern Standard USA) for the winning bidder so that the we can work together online during the 2 hour blocks each day. Keep in mind that I may adjust the days if a need arises on my end (example: if we start Tuesday and something comes up I may push off the next day’s task to Thursday) but we will stick to the hourly scope for the projects duration of 5 days total.
