Sir,I never use any software or any programming script or any scanner to find out malicious files or script on server. Because they can never give you 100% accuracy. Right, you left your second sentence open. You have tried many times what - to clean? Explain what you have indeed done to avoid repetition. Please forward the apache access(not error) logs for the host in question since one week prior to the date you first noticed the infection for a close up inspection and assessment of the possible infection route.
