I need a drupal developer to setup a tiered helpdesk system with a theme we purchased from themeforest ([login to view URL]) We want to do a multi portal helpdesk system controlled by domains So for example: a Domain is a portal for a branch of this company, each portal will have their own support Agent and if the support agent cant fix the issue they can escalate it to a top level administrator (this will only be one administrator to manage all tickets). Domain 1 > Fixed Support Agent for Domain 1> Escalation Selection to Administrator Domain 2 > Fixed Support Agent for Domain 2 > Escalation Selection to Administrator Domain 3 > Fixed Support Agent for Domain 3 > Escalation Selection to Administrator All these domains should be comp I have installed the domain access module, the theme and a few test domains. There will be more on going work if successfully developed.
