Disappearing Woocommerce orders related to subscriptions

Anyone good in debugging?
I have problem in my woocommerce subscription based site.
Problem subscription 1: Somehow suddenly orders (parent orders) are disappearing and completely disconnected to any subscription reference (only original gravity form). Subscription is nowhere to be found
Problem subscription 2: I do see in related order history that parent order is in trash. But trash is empty. But order is connected to parent order. Subscription is nowhere to be found
