Directed acaylic graph DAG network for cryptocurrencies

We are looking for a developer to help us develop a Directed acyclic graph network like IOTA, byteball, and hashgraph. If your interested please let us know. The developer will need to place the DAG on a basic front page with login and signup options similar to are current site at https://www.thetritecoin.com. We will need a admin panel that will allow us to control the access and the users and view the transactions and give us details of the network. Additionally, we will need a wallet system with a api on a server that will provided for the developer to develop a master node if needed. We want the ability for our users to buy sell trade and exchange cryptocurrencies within the network but using our DAG network.
