A "NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT" is required to be able to discuss further details about this project. JOB DESCRIPTION We need to finish the programming for an already existing and published E-commerce WordPress Website that wasn't finished appropriately by a former programmer. The GRAPHIC DESIGN based on WORDPRESS is 90% done and it might only require some minimum adjustments. The programming is estimated to be finished about 70% to 80% of what's necessary for the Website to work fine, as it was planned originally. WHAT YOU ARE ASKED TO DO Since we are not programmers, we need the assistance of an honest, professional and long experienced programmer to help us establish exactly what it that is needed to be fixed, added and adjusted, and also what is missing from the programming. We need to have a written description for us to understand what has to be done, and also the "technical instructions" or description in the programming language, for any programmer to know exactly what to do, without us needing to guess. On the same written description, we will need you to provide us with an estimate or quote that will give us a BUDGET RANGE, in case you or your team were going to fix this website, and also we need to have an estimate of the timeframe to get it done the right way. The BUDGET should include any adjustments necessary after the website is finished, so we can have a website that will be working smoothly, with no glitches and no errors (from the point of view of the website's visitor). HOW TO BE AWARDED We will award only 2 Freelancers based on their experience, good reputation and agreement with the price we are willing to pay for the diagnosis. After you are done with the Diagnosis, and based on your professionalism, honesty and demonstrated skills, we will POST another project (which is fixing the same website) where you can also BID. Of course, we will take you into great consideration for your participation in this DIAGNOSIS, when it comes to deciding who will be awarded for that project. FIRST MILESTONE: $55 To make a thorough technical diagnosis of the actual state of our Website and Programming. You will be granted access to our hosting so you can examine the files and structure. You will send us an email where you explain in general terms (understandable for anyone that is not a programmer) what is that you consider that it has to be done to finish the project the right way, how long should it take to get it done, and what would be a reasonable budget range for this project. SECOND MILESTONE: $100 Once we receive your email, we will ask you to write a word document, where you describe specifically what is that you consider that needs to be fixed, added, eliminated or if there is anything missing from the programming and the database to work appropriately. We also need you to write down any suggested improvements to the database structure or the programming to be enhanced. Those suggestions will be very welcomed if they make sense in order for the website to be more productive, faster, and up to date with the actual programming practices. We will need you to write a "Non-Technical Explanation" regarding the jobs that need to be done, so anyone that is not a programmer can understand these ideas that you are suggesting. And also, we will need you to add side notes with better details about the work that has to be done, in a more "Technical Explanation" verbiage / wording, by using programming terms and instructions, like you were going to give guidelines and specs to a programmer that will have to actually get the job done, without having to guess what to do.
