Developer needed for recursive CTE algorithm

I need a PHP-SQL recursive script to detect and extract loops of records of a single table, linked based on 2 key fields. The algo is somehow similar to "Traveling Salesman Problem", to have a general idea ([login to view URL]).

Each record represents an invoice, with debtor, amount and creditor - for the sake of clarity, when comparing the problem with the routes-algorithms, you can consider the invoice as a route (amount=distance), debtor=start and creditor=arrival.

The required experience-skills are MariaDB Recursive CTE + Codeigniter 3.1 (PHP).
