The application should contain 2 levels - Admin and User.
Admin can see all active users, all documents that are in the app.
The user has a completing questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, the user receives a document that can be edited live. After the final changes, the user has options to print a document, create a pdf, a microsoft vord document, and save it to the draft.
Also, every user has a history.

The design is ready, also HTML and CSS.
