We are a small investment manager. We require a basic CRM that can: Manage a Contact database: Two distinct contact groups: Contact Group 1 is made up of: a) Potential Investors b) Existing investors We would be marketing to potential investors and then maintaining communication with existing investors. For this component basic CRM features would be sufficient. Contact Group 2 is made up of: a) Companies we are looking to invest in b) Companies we are invested in. This second group does not require marketing, but rather requires us to record due diligence data on potential investments and once we have invested different data capture as part of the monitoring process. We need to incorporate a monthly timeline per company to note upcoming catalysts . The field will be related to financial due diligence and incorporate a basic scoring system from drop down menus etc. We require integration into mailchimp or similar. And integration to Gmail or similar. Attached is a file with example fields. We are looking to create something like [login to view URL]
