Hello. I can understand your case very well. I have dealt with similar cases many times. External resources are the worst issues to be handled. Loading structure could be changed by using window onload event. So, external resources are loaded after whole window elements are ready. By this way visitor see page without loading those external resources at first. Then External resources are started to load. I have tried this before for youtube embeded videos. It worked well. It needs some planning and coding changes.
