I would like a custom web based virtual trading application like what is seen here - [login to view URL] The cloud based application should utilize Amazon's application hosting. Additional details will be provided to individual awarded. Should be well versed in CSS, Bootstrap, Python, Django, Javascript, HTML5, SQL, C, C++, Java, etc. Developer will need to understand how to calculate and code a number of technical indicators, be able to source and pull live asset values, create and store user accounts, etc. Note that the stated budget is below my expectation. I want unbiased estimates of how much this type of application will cost to produce and potentially maintain. Please also include time estimates to get to alpha, beta, and full release.
