We are a residential special school who work with boy who have Autism (50 boys). We have developed a Quality of life questionnaire which parents and student complete every term. This is currently done in survey monkey. We currently have to cut the data out of SM and past it onto out own spreadsheet to give the views on the data we require, this is obviously very time consuming and clunky. We have to do this for 30 students / parents every term. Other school are now becoming interested in using the survey and continuing to handle the data in this way will become impossible. We would like to make the form web based? and have the data automatically end up in the right place ( spreadsheet or ?) so that we can have different views on the data. We have a static ip address for hosting any database and control over our website and hosting. Rob Leigh

Hi Rob Leigh, if you're interested to visualize and / or analyze questionnaire raw data with your own spreadsheet software, then I think hosting both forms and data to your website server would be a good choice.
