I want to have small windows based application to manage a Dairy selling multiple products like milk, curd, cottage cheese, cream, butter and sweets. Required functionalities are:
1. Must have product selling option for liquid and solid products in different measurements like 100ml/gm, 250ml/gm, 500ml/gm, 1000ml/gm, 5000ml/gm. multiple selection must be there like 250ml/gm + 500ml/gm for 750ml/gm.
2. Must have account maintain and product delivery/handover form based on daily product delivery/handover for monthly basis customer with single and multiple products.
3. Must have account maintain form for advance booking and delivery of multiple products booked by single customer. Here this customer or his representative may collect the booked products all together or one by one at different times.
NOTE- Manually doing the same by giving a 'Token Number' to the customer at time of booking and deliver the booked items based on this Token Number. Here we keep the record of delivery by maintaining name of representative and time of delivery whether it was all together or one by one at different times.
4. Inventory of all products based on advance booking , monthly basis daily customer and daily potential sales.
5. Must have Two login option. One for selling agent and other for admin. Selling agent can perform above pointed task. Admin can create login credential for selling agent and manage the collection from selling agents. Admin can add, delete and update the products.
