Customize Magento Ultimo theme - PHP and Javascript required skills as well

This project is the customization of the Ultimo theme for Magento. Besides the customizing / design aspect we expect excellent knowledge of php .javacript, css and html as there will be some issues. Situation We have a Magento Multistore with several websites. - We use the following themes at the moment * webandpeople perfect white * Webandpeople grayscale As we want a good responsive website we decided to move our websites to the Magento Ultimate theme which you can find on the themeforest website. This theme has been installed now on our Magento installation. There is the problem that some of the included extensions in the webandpeople perfect white theme will conflict with ultimo theme. We want to customize the Ultimo theme on one of our websites that doesn’t get any real customers yet. We will upload images for example this monday. - Make sure the Megamenu in Ultimo theme is working - Make sure all the base functionality from the theme is working - Design after the PSD images that we give which will very much look like demo 8 from the theme on: [login to view URL] - Create sliders with images provided by us Really important is the following - The websites on our Magento installation that are still working on ‘Perfect White’ and ‘Grayscale’ themes will not be affected and will be able to keep up and running besides the Ultimo theme. - After the Ultimo theme is customized CSS and JS merge can function fully What will we provide - A design manual for the Ultimo theme so you know how to customize this - Images of what we want - Fast feedback on questions Special requirements for the theming. - Read the manual of the theme before starting…. - No changes that will affect the responsive base of this theme - Don’t try to customize something yourself when the theme already has a solution - We want the theming to be done ‘clean’ so no code changing in the core ever. - We want that everything that can be done in the backend of Magento for the theme is done there - CSS changes can only be done in separate css files If you have experience with the Ultimo theme we would like to hear that.
