Customization of WooCommerce Product Customization Plugin

This project will involve modifying an existing Wordpress/Woocommerce plugin called Visual Product designer/customizer. We would like to make modifications to the user interface of this plugin (using CSS/JQuery) to reproduce the following items that we have designed: 1) Responsive grid-based layout with pixel perfect media queries/breakpoints: we have prepared the interface in Adobe XD which shows the positioning of all the elements in the interface. The freelancer should perfectly reproduce our layout, with items in the interface adapting fluidly at the three breakpoints we have defined: a) mobile; b) tablet; c) desktop. 2) CSS interface elements: We have defined interface navigation elements with hover, active, on-click states. 3) Simple microinteractions: We have defined simple microinteractions for certain elements that we will present to the freelancer to integrate into the interface (CSS transitions, transforms, easing, delays, etc) 4) Merge PNG elements of product image: using GD library, merge png layers of product into a single JPG image of configured product for insertion into shopping cart. Important note: we had a dissatisfactory experience with our previous freelancer who bid a low price and then only performed a portion of the work, and then cancelled the project without delivering the work performed . We would therefore request that any freelancer who bids on this project fully understand the requirements, divide the project into a series of dicreet deliverables if necessary. In selecting the freelancer, we will perform an initial chat interview in which we will ask the freelancer to examine the plug-in that we are using, review our interface requirements, and confirm knowledge of responsive grid layout, CSS microinteractions, and GD library.
