Do customization by connecting one Yoast field as variable to Ninja Popups text for every popup

Need someone with experience in developing plugins. We need someone to do a customization of the plugin: Ninja Popups. We have installed Yoast plugin. We need someone to connect the Focus keyword field from Yoast, to optinmonster plugin, so every popup that displays to have unique keyword coming from Yoast - focus keyword field. For example, we set a stock name: "Exxon Mobil" as focus keyword for article in Wordpress. We want then, when visitor opens this article, the popup to display custom message where we have inserted the stock name. Example: Get the latest stock news about "FocusKeyword" in your email: and every article popup must show the focus keyword for the specific article: Get the latest stock news about Exxon Mobil in your email:
