We have a form with with a dynamic script (send form elements no matter how many different ones we add in the future without having to edit the script) but it needs to allow for uploads and auto complete feature for one of the inputs (products).

Also we need a very simple admin panel that has login and logout, and allows to upload and replace data in the database from a CSV file.
