customise woocommerce email subject line based on products from categories

I need a customised subject line in woocommerce that when products from the category: "merchandise" are purchased the email subject line for woocommerce_email_subject_customer_completed_order the subject line needs to be "Merchandise order" OR if they purchase products from the "gift voucher" category the email subject line needs to say "Gift Voucher" If there is a voucher and a merchandise order together can we have both categories listed in the subject line "Merchandise / Gift Voucher order"
