UX/UI Custom Work on Static Pages integrated with WP site

OVERVIEW:
The task is to setup:
- A vertical slider with boxes showcasing different topics (with learn more link at bottom of each).
- When "Learn more" link is clicked a full page pop up opens with additional content (Image, Title, Subtitle, paragraph and link for more info.)
- The full page pop up is a slider as well and with a swipe one can view the (expanded info of) next project/content of the vertical slider.
DETAILS:
- On existing static frontpage (bootstrap 4).
- Works amazingly on mobile and loads super fast.
- If you create something that indexes lots of scripts it will not be accepted. The outcome must be razor fast. Super lite and load fast for mobile phones with slow connectivity.
I have more work if we find we work together well.
I have some work on frontend static sites and them interfacing with WP, but with quite complex setups on both hosting and mobile vs desktop auto routing.
