Custom Order Communication Platform

I require someone who understands what I am refering to. I run a Leather Shop that sells erotic and non-erotic items. (you must be confortable dealing with the items I sell) What I am looking for is the following. On my website [login to view URL] I am running wordpress. So I need 1 piece of functionality done. I am looking for the installation of a system (what system is up to you, as long as its opensource and currently being maintained) that allows the following: - User visits my website and presses a "button" to communicate or send me an "inquiry" - They type in a "new inquiry" to me, allowing the addition of an attachment. (they are required to put in their email address in this web form as its entirely required for the rest of our communication - The inquiry gets sent to my email, and the person that sent the inquiry as a digest (so they and me know it occurred). This inquiry is then assigned a "ticket number" or "inquiry number" and stored in a database. - Further communication can be done thru the following: ---- Email the subject to a "specific" email address with a Ticket number and the system assigns this new communication into a collated stream of communication. ---- I can respoke via an email, and it follows the same above path, going to me and to the customer. ---- I can log into the web system and respond there as well. (assume a web gui to do so) NOTE: once of the MAIN reasons I want this system is not the emails going back and forth...as emails do that already. I want the trackability within the system so inquiries of individuals are not lost. I can see past communication and see custom requests, etc.
