I'm able to work on the full stack of technology you described even if I'd like to suggest to change Angular into React, it's much faster, scalable and it allows you ( with react-native) to develop in future also the mobile app ( with native performance, not like ionic ). I work with Laravel since 2014 and I'm pretty comfortable with it, honestly I prefer Laravel to many other MVC frameworks of PHP, it's definitely the best one. I'm also a RDBMS expert, but I worked for long time with mongo, couch, redis and many other NO-SQL databases. I have a small team, so it would be possible to build mockups as well ( Victoria, works with me in the same office and she is a UI/UX designer). In my opinion your platform requires: - the web community ( cross-browser compatible ) - a BE admin panel - a cloud service or a dedicated server About the http authentication I worked with both Json Web Tokens (JWT) and OAuth2, passport, the module in charge of this aspect for Laravel provides a great security standard using OAuth2, but I'm honestly a great fan of JWT - used tons of times for mobile applications, but generally all client-server architectures.
