1) it needs to be login based- a private website for predefined users
2) A person needs to have accounting knowledge and be able to automate the extraction of data from inputs which are provided from its users. (programing needed)
3) its 4 roles based website (each role has different access to different information)
4) the main role should be able to operate the whole site (once its completed all functions should be user-friendly)
5 Looking only for people who can create it fast, and upgrade it over time based on needs. Plan is to first create 1 role and set up all basic needed functions, test it and later on expand.
6) The whole value for me its is created around simplicity.

TO DO LIST
ADMIN can create their accounts - so players can login to his site
Nickname + password (admin needs to have an option to create players)
Owner can create/add rooms. After clicking on Room owner can edit information.
Players can update bankrolls - Accounting its done by system for each site and each player
Feature for (Green) SIGN IN if you want to play, DO NOT LOGIN IN (red) is working
Owner can get an automated summary of all players and all rooms, possible to filter by month or specific time period. ( also players can do the same for their results)
