Creating and fine tuning of Wordpress website

What I want to achieve:
I have designed [login to view URL], in Wordpress based on Divi Theme template. I’m happy with the look and feel from this site. But I’m not a developer, so I’m sure optimization is needed so the website runs smoother and faster. I now want to integrate WP Job Manager into my already existing website. This is not so hard to do but the hard thing, and where I need your help, is giving WP Job Manager the same look and feel as my already existing website.
Next to that I want certain features added to my website.
I want on my existing website a “Login” and “Register” button, at the same location where they currently are, but in the same size as the other text.
When somebody presses the button I want a lightbox to come up. Just as on the following website.
[login to view URL] (This is is based on a template called Workscout. I can provide all the source files for this).
The “login” light box can be the same as on [login to view URL] but the registration page needs to be different. I want to add more fields so I get a better overview who my clients are.
Back to WP Job Manager. A single “joblisting” is created in a single page, which I don’t know how to edit. So I want the page to look like this….[login to view URL]
The difference with the page on [login to view URL] is that on the bottom of the page the “Shortcode” Related Jobs is included.
There are still a few other little things that I want but those we can discuss once you’re busy with the project.
