Hello Sir, I will create a plugin for creating a ticket on zendesk whenever an order is placed on your site. However I have a small query. I have checked the zendesk library and they provide two fields to set the information for the ticket to be created: 1. 'subject' 2. 'comment' => [ 'body'] . Now we can set the customer's name, email address and order_id in the subject field. And in the comment=> body field we can set the list of items bought (along with their quantity too if you want) and the customer's comments. I am only seeing the API library of Zendesk and you have probably seen Zendesk user interface. So kindly let me know if the above way to set the order information will work as per your requirement. If you like to put any bit of clarification on this regard, it will enhance my understanding of your requirement and I will map it in the plugin I will create.
