Create website post to facebook groups -- 2

Hello, I am looking for someone who can do the almost impossible. Here is what I want.. I have a directory classified website. My website is divided into cities. I would like to have that everytime someone post something on my website it automatically gets posted into the facebook group of that city. So if a person goes to my site and they are located in New York City. I would like the post they make be automatically shared in the New York city facebook group. I would also for the users to get notifications in their box when someone posts a comment on the item they are selling. The facebook groups will belong to my website. We will not post in open groups. But only in my website If you can do the job type I CAN DO IT NOW>...
