create a Moodle LMS

Currently we're using Lectora inspire LMS ( 6 years) but a new opportunity has opened which requires a Moodle LMS. We need to create a Moodle LMS which will be housed on a new dedicated server. At time of purchase the student assigns themselves a User name and password to access their online self paced training. Current site is WP with a woo shopping cart. We want to create moodle templates so we can copy our current content and testing into the moodle LMS . Our courses use MP4 files combined with Digital book publications. Videos and book are stored on separate servers. To prevent miss use the moodle LMS needs to hide the URL's for both video and books. Only authorised users should have access to the videos and digital books. Unauthorized users copying the URL's of the videos and or the digital publications should be prevented from opening the files. Or a method of hiding the URL's needs to implemented. We do require interested persons be able to contact us by telephone and not by e-mail alone We would like this project to be completed in 4 to 5 weeks from entering into an aggreement
