Looking to create a client backend system that allow them to view, update, response to active order managed by the admin. Client will have a different view, than admin but they will be able to view an running less of the properties the admin manages for them. For example. say admin has an open order to cut the grass at property 12345 park way view.. Client can log into their backend and see an update property status. They will also have to approve bids sent to them by admin. So they will be communication outlet admin will bids to clients to approve to complete work on a property. They will have a detail view of a work orders age. They will be the number of sla days, the due date. etc. They will have a property history of all damages on the property. admin will also sent client invoices for all the work completed on the properties , admin will have the ability to see outstanding invoices amount due etc. there should also be a live chat (use a free one, there are many out there), Here is a sample of backend template [login to view URL] This is only a sample. final look may be different
