Create Chrome Extension Macro (?) that uploads text/images to Websites

I'm looking to hire a developer to create a chrome extension that uploads content to 3rd party websites. Let me explain... I need a piece of software that uploads content (text & images) fast. This content needs to be uploaded to different websites, some with and some without API's. I have a web app that is being created right now where users create products and upload their images and information about those images. All of the information is organized and saved in a database. That content needs to be uploaded (quickly) to different websites using automation. A lot of the sites that the content (text/images) needs to be uploaded to do NOT have API's, I want you to know this now, before you apply. I would imagine that you would need to create a MACRO or a SCRIPT that can be executed via a browser extension like Chrome, but you should be the expert here that can provide guidance on what would work best after I provide you with the details. I can't tell you about the entire project in this post, but I can tell you this: Imagine I have a thousands of product listings, information (text) and images of products I have created that I have stored in the web app database. I create and add more to it on a daily basis. I need a fast way to take that content (text and an image) and upload it to different websites where I can sell it and I need to repeat this task thousands of times to several different websites. As a business owner asking you, an expert developer, what's the best method of creating this? Is it a web app? Is it an extension? I think it might work like this: Our Database (where my information is) > you create API & Chrome Extension that takes that information and syncs with and executes scripts/macros to > (uploads that information to) 3rd party websites that I have accounts on In similar words, I imagine it will have to be an extension that connects to our database software, takes the info needed (text/image) from there and uploads it to these different sites using a script. If you have better ways of accomplishing this, I'm open-minded and happy to listen to your ideas.
