create browser loading progress horizontal bar same as mobile browser loading bar

when we click on a particular page in a website then i want to show website horizontal bar in laptop also , loading bar should complete when actual loading is completed, not in fixed time , you can show this bar in top or bottom of the page, and also there should be color color option , in image you will see blur color loading bar, and this bar can be in any color you just need to show this loading in any device , make sure the code be short for this task , and i want this task by today the bar should start when we click on link and it will end until next page fully loaded if browser take 2 sec to load then it should complete in 2 sec if browser take 20 sec to load then it should complete in 20 sec you can see the image, i want the bar same like that
