CPQ – configure price quote web app

We need a CPQ web app that lets to build quotes and provide our customers automatic pricing. The first step would be logging to the app with an email and a password stored in an existing mysql table (no need of a management interface). After a successful login the app should let the user select if he wants to check/change/sign an open offer or create a new one. In case the user choose to search for an open offer a search form will appear on the top of the last offers (saved on a mysql DB). After the user selects an existing offer or in case he decided to create a new one he will see the services list with related prices and let the user add one or more service(es) (a plus button or something similar) and configure the related options (if any available) and quantities. On the right side of the screen there will be the summary of the services added with the possibility of deleting one or all of them. At any time the user can confirm the list of services, after that he will have to enter all the the customer data with an autocomplete on company registration number and company name (connecting to an existing leads db). In case of a new customer the data will have to be stored in an existing table on a mysql db. After all the data is filled the user can decide if he wants to generate an offer or subscribe a contract. In case of an offer the app will have to send an email with two pdf files in attach : 1) contract (a standard contract for all the services), 2) commercial offer including a summary of the services previously selected. In case of contract subscription the user will have the ability to Electronically sign the contract and the commercial offer. The commercial offer pdf will have a description part with merged pdf files based on the services selected (each service will have a standard pdf file available for download on our webserver). After an offer is sent or saved it will need to be saved on a mysql db so that it can be later viewed or changed. After an offer is signed the digital document has to be saved on a google drive account and a specific set of data has to be saved on a mysql db. The web page should be optimized to be used on a tablet and should be written in PHP5/Mysql (jquery preferred but not mandatory).
