Correction a few minor issues with newly developed wordpress site and adding some additional funtcionality

We need to correct some issues with our newly developed website. 1) There a scaling issue with the front background video. The video looks good at high resolution (1680x1050 and above). It also works in tablet and mobile resolutions. But not 1280x800. 2) There is another issue with the video not rendering when you've visited another and going back to the front page (see Issue 2 GIF's for illustration). 3) The front page has a video background which runs for approximately 30 seconds. At the moment there is a text of 3 sentences displayed in front of the video. These 3 sentences should be looped so they synchronize with the video. Sentence 1 should be visible the initial 10 seconds, then from timeframe 10-20 seconds sentence 2 should be visible, and from 20-30 the 3rd sentence should be visible. The button needs to be visible for the whole timeframe. (See Issue 3 GIF for illustration) 4) Last but not least we need to designed and developed a price list. We have A LOT of different services we offer. And we want to display them in a nice intuitive manner. The high number of services makes the price list very complex and hard to navigate in. Our thoughts on how to resolve this issue are that you could have a collapsed price list, but when hovering over it expands. We should probably talk a bit further about this challenge.
