Hi there, I have a dated news/blog website that has been built using a framework called pods (see link below) to split custom post types and build different data sets. We would like assistance with migrating the exisiting data from the current Wordpress instance to a new fresh upgraded version and change the data structure back to Wordpress default. This would include moving all the text data, images, meta data and categories into a default post type on a new install of Wordpress.
