Hi, Hardcoding functionality is not the best idea since you might need to add/remove fields or make any other similar changes and writing decent form builder from scratch is time intensive/expensive route. So I think the best idea would be use existing product + custom extension. Here is what I can propose: 1. Use Ninja Forms (free WordPress plugin) for form building. 2.
