Connect ClickFunnels and Mailchimp to track people as they progress through funnel

We are a real estate investment company. We use a web funnel to educate our prospective clients about our product. Our goal is to get our clients interested in investing with us We need to track people using our funnel. We use ClickFunnels to create the funnel. We use Mailchimp to followup with our clients. This project will have three phases: 1.) Recommend best method to connect ClickFunnels pages and Mailchimp. Should we use Mailchimp segments, groups, etc? What tool / method within ClickFunnels should we use to push data to Mailchimp (javascript, webhook, etc.) and where should that code be placed? 2.) Provide code / methods and instructions to implement recommendation 3.) Provide support until code / methods are working properly Once implementation is working properly, we can transition to hourly support model or onto next projects.
