Configure my subscriber list and let my affiliate get their own list which they generated to my webiste

I run an affiliate campaign and let my affiliate promote their affiliate unique link (have prepared opt in page for them). And after my affiliates send traffic to their afiiliate duplicated site, I shall have a list of subscribers in my Aweber account (propects opt in to the duplicated landing page).After that I would like to segment out the list according to different affiliate source and update my affiliate for the list they have generated each.
I am seeking to the solution how can I update (in real time )each affilaite for their own subscirber lists (in the membership area )which they generated to the duplicated affiliate landing page before . And also able to export the subsciber list to a csv file and synch to their autoresponder

Currently I use Clickfunnel for my affiliate page design/ Aweber as email autoresponder / And JVZoo as payment gateway.
If it is possible to be achieved within Clickfunnel membership site using custom code would be fine. If not possible , then we have to customize a php site for this .
