1. Chat feature will be integrated using 3rd party SDK. Hence no need to build this. Experience from working with 3rd party SDK is very important.
2. Designs will be supplied in PSD
3. Admin template for operator (admin) will be supplied
4. DB Schema is included in Google doc below - hopefully that will make things clear
5. If you have read through all the details well you will understand that this is not a HUGE project.
