I live in US but am Indian. My company consists of 3 people in US and 18 people in India which are on my payroll and not contracted. In the past I made a windows desktop application that basically recorded everything on your computer. Our next step was to make the recording to only record application specific, and am still waiting for the next phase kickoff. I have also made a meeting application with screenshare, so I know how this works I am the CEO and have 15+ years of experience in .NET development.
