College project website

The objective of the website is to make program selection simple and easy by providing feedback about the professor's teaching skills and course outline. The user should be able to select the course name, professor, and provide his descriptive feedback and four ratings and one overall parameter for all the course available online. On the other side, user should be able to propose the prof name and subject name so that admin can add them based on this feedback (the details). Feedback Content should be accessible only to students of the college, for example, only @[login to view URL] emails, @iimbalumni. The feedback should not contain any abuse words and would need screening before getting uploaded into the site. The user lifecycle will be like below • User opens the website • Creates accounts or login account • Gives his college email id (gmails are not allowed) and gets account confirmation to his college email id. (list of domains that are allowed to each page has to be clearly listed) • Creates password • Account is created • Once login, he accesses his college page • College page will have all the subjects and prof names listed • Students can see the existing feedback. • A button will be provided, asking them to rate the professor. • Rate as anonymous or rate with name option to be provided • Also, we need to ask whether alumni or current students. We need to show under the feedback • He needs to shown the language instructions for providing feedback • Students should be able to provide descriptive feedback, four ratings and click on submit. • This feedback must be screened and to be uploaded to the site. Abusive comments are to be flagged and not uploaded into the site. • An option to user to edit/delete all their respective uploaded feedback need to be provided (a change in decision in future can make them edit the feedback) • Auto logout out after 30 min • Forget password options and other general features
