- Designing, Programming and unit testing - Requirements gathering, analysis and issue resolution/clarification (as part of the requirements analysis team) - Work closely with the team and customer and lead the team in technical discussions. Essential Skill Set : - Strong experience in designing and developing complex applications using Core PHP and PHP Frameworks. - Demonstrate exceptional problem solving skills and analytical abilities. - Strong on OOPS and must have worked in depth with PHP 4 and 5. - Should have used at least one PHP MVC framework like (CakePHP/CodeIgniter/Symfony/Zend). - Should have experience on JavaScript and frameworks. - Good oral and written communication skills. Desirable Skill Set : - Basic estimation experience. - Self starter and quick learner. - Should be able to work in very dynamic and challenging work environment. - Highly self motivated and directed. - Ability to work without a lot of supervision
