Hi, I have checked the demo of Ultimate Project Manager on codecanyon. But i have question: 1. We need to pipe emails to the ticket system so clients can reply to tickets and then the response is pulled in to the app ## Do you mean when client comment on ticket, it should also send email to recipient? And response from recipient should also be tracked? Isn't this working exactly now? Please explain this ambiguity. 2. We need a timer and a client selector on tickets so that the time spend on the ticket can be calculated for billing and for each employees timesheet. ## What client selector will do? Who will select it, client will?? Also you want billing module to linked with it, i mean bill amount will be calculated as per time spent by employees? ## What is the relationship between client and employees?
