Hi, i need shortcodes and html to be "executed" in WooCommerce product category description fields. Unfortunately it seems that the usual way to do this by adding the following code to [login to view URL] does not work any more with the latest version of Woo and Wordpress.
foreach ( array( 'pre_term_description' ) as $filter ) {
remove_filter( $filter, 'wp_filter_kses' );
}
foreach ( array( 'term_description' ) as $filter ) {
remove_filter( $filter, 'wp_kses_data' );
}
add_filter( 'category_description', 'do_shortcode' );
add_filter( 'term_description', 'do_shortcode' );
add_filter( 'post_tag_description', 'do_shortcode' );
Can anybody share a working code snipped to add to [login to view URL] with me ? Using Wordpress latest, Woo latest and Flatsome theme latest.
